We recommend all participants take out travel and bike insurance before they come.

We are happy to work with Yellow Jersey cycle insurance. Contact us to recieve a code to get a 10% discount on insurance for the trip and/or the year

Group Dates and Private Bookings

The dates listed are for our fixed open groups, with a maximum group size of 15 riders.

If you have your own group of at least 5 riders, we’re happy to arrange a private trip outside of these dates.

Tour price £1795

Price includes:

  • Full board accommodation in twin shared rooms (Breakfast and dinner typically at homestay, lunch at restaurant en-route)

  • Full back up and en route support. Route files and guides

  • En route refreshments water, fruit, gels, isotonic drinks

  • Airport pick up and drop off from Ningbo international airport

Single room supplement subject to availability £350

Cycle hire if required £140 for 7 days (lightweight road bikes)

Price does not include:

  • Coffee and alcoholic drinks

  • Flights

  • Chinese Visa

A deposit of £295 secures your place

Balance required 6 weeks before tour date

Once you have paid your deposit we’ll send you information about local conditions and the best way to apply for your visa. We recommend not to book your flight until you receive the go ahead from BBT which will be no later than 6 weeks before your trip date.
